Hey Melek

I can tell from your other photos that you're a water (and reflection-) lover. This is a great image, but (and I am going to contradict other critiques) I think you could brighten it up just a bit and add a little contrast and make sure the black is pitch black, even the building on the right.
but overall: great work! I like how all the lines (the beach, the pier and the clouds) point to one direction. The birds add to the dynamics
