A lovely kind face showing kindness in the eyes. I would crop off some each side to get rid of the bucket and some of the other persons eyes. If you get the chance to photograph this lady again go in closer and turn your camera on its side in portrait mode.
You could also try darkening the picture a little

A good portrait... That face shows a lot a life experience, and you capture the expression well here! Good colours and details... Maybe you should look into the way you resize your images, seems like they suffer from some slight damage along the way...
