The colours are perfect, of course. Great work on that.
A few suggestions though: firstly, perhaps it is my screen, but it does seem that the horizon could be levelled a little?
Secondly, that dark projection above the horizon on the right could be cloned out to eliminate the distraction and finally -- I admire your creativity with the frame, but it seems to me to distract a little from the beauty of the whole.
I do admire your efforts and hope to see a repost of this.

Horizon is totally OK. Frame is question of taste (I don't like it, it' s not adequate for this beautiful scene).
Colours are nice and vivid, but saturation is a little bit extreme (on the sky are circles very visible).

I like it POV and water texture.
