Beautiful sky. High horizon line. Interesting foreground subject. Textured mid-ground. All looking good but for themain subject being OOF. Almost there!

Merhaba Baris, its lovely shot! Beautiful colors. You captured sky tones so well. Your shot has a great composition. semms only need a little tilt to left just for having a paralel horizon line to the frame.
