Your sister is so sweet! She has a beautiful pose and oyu've made a wonderful portrait.
I was curious to see this a little bit warmer, so I made a WS. I hope you don't mind. :)

End you did a very good job here! She is perhaps too blurred (I usually don't blur eyes and lips) but is still a cutie and you did a great portrait, congratulations for both of you!
Actually, what is most amazing is the composition, and her hands that lead our look up to her eyes - beautiful! And she didn't distort her face by leaning onto a palm, which usually distors face a lot.

A nice softfocus image with good tonal balance, however, the BG is a little distracting to my liking and the hands are too obvious. When including hands, try to minimise them in the image, as they always draw a lot of attention (away from the face).
