[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Whirling Dervishes shot in Istanbul. This is a religious ceremony where they spin round in a trance for hours. It is believed that when they are in this state they are closer to God. How they don't fall over I've not a clue - try it!! Some if them have their eyes closed too!

Critiques [Translate]

Nice capture of the movement, Ruth. I also like the diagonal line in your composition. The crowd at the back might be a bit too sharp to my liking as I would like them to not be so obvious with more focus on the dancers. But that is a minor detail. Bravo!

Good composition with a nice diagonal, and you captured the movement very well. Their white robes keep the eye focused at the right place. Well done!
