Why in earth do you include those letters and shut down the photography? What is the point? They only distract the attention away so the phot itself turns into a secondary moment of importance. I honestly don't get it.

The photography is a marvelous, soulfull, emotionaly packed portrait, one rarely sees such a creadible display of mothers affectionate eyes, with captivating care and love for her breathren (I presume you are the son).

Come on, repost this one without a frame. It is a fantastic portrait and deserves all possible attention.

the mood is perfect, but the text is subjective to the eyes of the viewer.
for me if its not so scattered i think it would look great, but it doesnt diminish the quality of the photo.

I like the portrait, intersting expression... but not the letters added in the frame.

Fantastic portrait. great expression. nice composition. good contrast. excellent choice of b/w.

curious frame (I don't like the text though)

thanks for sharing

Simon
