Very good composition. I like that there are footprints in the snow in the foreground which leads my eye to the photographer at work. Well done. Nice choice for black and white.

Superb shot!
Composition is fantastic, as is depth of field. I love the snowy foreground with the footprint, and the crouching photographer is perfectly placed within the frame.
