[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
He is a simit seller in Beyazit Square.(One of the oldest places in Istanbul maybe in the World. It's very close to the Grand Bazaar the first indoor shopping mall in the world.)
Let me describe simit little bit..Simit is a kind of sesame bagel. It can be called Turkish Style Sesame Bagel. Its taste is different in other cities of Turkey. Every city has different style and recipe. My favorite taste is Istanbul's of course. Simit is such a food preferred for breakfast with Turkish Tea.

Like this man, many simit seller can be seen all around Istanbul and Turkey. When you look at his face he is happy. He looks he has no worry in his life. He shows like he is not a slave of passions and desires. He is OK with whatever he has in his life. I guess It's very difficult for everybody to feel and live with this feeling.
