I like the pose and the expression, the graininess and the glow are good also.
I think a little more of her arm across the top of the frame to close that "gap" between arm and forehead would be good ... and the earring distracts me, perhaps it could be cloned out?
Overall though a nice portrait, well done

A mystery look. Looks like Deckard's photo of Zhora in the movie Bladerunner. She seems placid and at peace. The soft glow adds greatly to the mood. Excellent work!
