The Fountain of Trajan
This funtain, 12m. high, had two storeys. The first storey was 7m. and the second 5m. high. Twelve statues of Venus, Starun, Dionysos & the successors of the imperial family were discovered here. The foumtain was erected in dedication to Emperor Trajan in the 1st century A.D. |

Very competent capture of these mesmerising ruins. Coming from such a young country - even the first settlers have barely been here 1,000 years - I'm fascinated by these remnants of grand civilisations so long ago. The stories it could tell!
Nice work

Hello Atri,
First of all, let me say that I like all of your pictures, particularly your architectural pictures and especially this one.
Also I am very impressed by the performance of your Sony Ericsson phone camera and by your obvious skill in using it.
I think that the composition here is excellent, and that your POV is excellent too. Do you own a digital camera, and if not; have you considered buying one? It would be nice to see some of your pictures produced on a good SLR digital!
Well done!
Best wishes
Bill
Ps: Good note too!
