Good idea with cropping, adds even more dynamics to it.

Many views and only one comment - I am sorry to be the one to say this Hakki, but it's not a good photo.

The long exposure means there is not enough definition or sharpness in the car, and it is poorly composed - we should be able to see the entire car. Or, alternatively, less of the car! Maybe just the front 1/4.

I also think the crop would work better if the background was black rather than white.
