Good reflections, mood, and details captured; but adding a note really helps during the critiquing process. If you had cropped the right side of the picture, it would cut out the small distraction of rope; leaving more attention to be focused on the reflections and colors.
I like the lines and the lighting.

Everything about your capture says "calm"; the mirrored surfac of the water, the slack lines, the empty water (too bad about the one little wave crossing the photo and the small diagonal line on the right) and the sunlight and foggy sky.
Very nice and relaxing photo, I love looking at it.
