I recognise this building!
A beautiful picture with the flag to immediately tell us where we are.

Your picture "Pink Flowers" has a beautiful natural bokeh.
Here the transition between sharp and blurred is too abrupt, a bokeh slowly fades from sharp to blurred. I think a flower picture would better suit the theme.

The f/g flag is an immediate clue to the location!
The details of the building and the composition are excellent.

I think you have selectively blurred the b/g which seems very abrupt and, to me, would have looked much better untouched.

I like the Turkey flag as sharp as the building.
