A Glimpse of Holy Wisdom in Sepia
Used to be a church in Konstantinopolis,
then a mosque in Istanbul and now is a museum.
Survived in a lot of earthquakes that hit Istanbul now and then. Seems that these walls are a kind of strenghtener of the main wall.
Technically: now experimenting with gradient frames. They can work well when it's hard to get the desired effect from a solid colour frame. In this picture the bottom won't allow a dark line, neanwhile the top won't allow a white line, so a gradient (here: vertical; tilted possible in other compositions) is a good solution, I think. Do you? |

Hello, Ilgiz -
Interesting graphic image with repetition in shapes and shadows; good choice of monochrome presentation. I'm not that into added frames, but I agree that the gradient approach was a good solution here. Well done.
Nice compo, great angle! tfs
Hello Ilgiz
thanks for sharing
good work of repetition and perfect sepia tones
good in sharpness
ciao
Lucio
good use of the symmetry and structure ilgiz :)
i think you are rite about the composition :) a tilted angle would make this more interesting
or you can go closer and shot from below, try keep just 3 of the walls in the frame :)
