Nice shot Su, great exposure nad nice detail on the bird. These shots are easy to spoil with the wrong camera settings resulting in no detail in the bird against the sky, but you have it spot on here. Nice, I may have been tempted to do a litte more PP work and increased the saturation on the feet to give the shot a little more punch, but thats being picky.
