[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
in turkey ,tea is the main drink for lots of people.they start drinking tea in the breakfast, and the whole day.in night period,if they don't drink alcohol, tea time never ends.tea should be hot and dark-blood colored.in some eastern regions they don't serve tea-spoon,but a different kind of sugar;they put the sugar cube in the mouth and take the sip afterwards,it's called as 'kırtlama' and the people who ask for a tea-spoon are subject of a common laugh there.
they never put milk into tea in Turkey, maybe just a small piece of a lemon.they prefer to drink it in small glasses seen in the pic,not in porcelains or such things.one should feel the hot tea with his finger touch and the mouth afterwards.
this pic was taken after hours of a driving sequence, just arrived to the city Trabzon and tea was the best choice for the tired men;the sun was about to go down in five minutes.

Greatly emphasized the tea culture in Turkey. Love the way you executed this shot.

Your image is quite moody and has a nice grainy effect. The gentelman seems to be enjoying the Tea ritual, and you have seized the moment perfectly.
Bravo, well done!

Excellent! Love the sillouette lighting. The colors and composition are very nice too! The tea with the steam looks great. Especially in such low light. Great photo. Points tomorrow! JP

Nice shot Nejat, the tea glass stands out with the backlight, along with the steam. You captured the drinker's concentration nicely. Nicely done and TFS, Sam

Very creative and mysterious photo, Nejat!
I like the fact that you have left just the glass with the tea coloured and the rest of the photo is dark. I didn't know all these details about the turkish customs, and I'm glad you shared them with us. Thank you very much!
Excellent work! Well done & TFS!! :))
