The face of the man is very expressive and the color tone is very evocative.

Excellent portrait, Tolga. I think that the color scheme here is fantastic with various shades of brown. You captured the essence of this man, not just his face.
This is very interesting both as a portrait and as a great piece of photojournalism. As I child, I knew a few people, artisans themselves, who were etremely proud of their professional heritage and achievements despite being, by then, among the poorest people I knew... the world just ignored them and left them behind. This is a dramatic tribute. Very well done!
I like how we see his history next to him. We're not just looking at a person but getting glimpses into his life.
The colour and the tone both work for me.
