Cute shot. Lovely models and a great idea for this double-pose, are they sisters?
Quite a soft-focus, grainy treatment but I have to say it works quite well. If anything, I would suggest a little PP work to reduce the reflection below the girl-in-blue's eyebrow, but it's very minor.
