A nice natural smile and good off-centre placement of your subject here, although I suspect it would be better with the space on the left rather than the right.
Lighting by direct flash is always an option for portraits, but not necessarily the best option: we see here that the catchlights - the flash's reflections - are in the centre of her eyes. In portraits they often look better at 10 o'clock or 2 o'clock (imagining her iris as a clock face.) This can be achieved by making use of available light, or redirecting the flash if possible.
Nice work with the sepa treatment, although I imagine a cooler b&w would work equally well.
