it's too hot outside this days and its really uncomfortable shooting out, so now the kitchen is my darkroom late at nite besides it is fun performing experiments, you can shoot until you drop.this is the first of my series of macro shots with experimental lightings.
i used here two lamps, one flourescent lamp at right and one incandescent lamp to the left(notice the yellowish color at the left side of the flower), a low fill flash from my camera and foam board as backdrop.
cropped, usm, then resized for TL.

Lovely macro shot. That is what is so great about macros- you can find just about anything interesting to take pics of. Nice focusing, colors, and framing.
