[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was taken on the same day as my previous post. This a part of the park where they dug-up the ground to put up a new fence and the rain filled it up creating an artificial river like body of water. Even there's a danger of a child being tossed on the water nobody bother to restrict the children from playing around. I've been here for almost a decade now and this was an unusual event here in the UAE.

Nice sky. Very beautiful although the denunciation aspect of the image seems to be more important here.
