Not much technical about this photo. Just want to post it as a sample from Canon 135mm f/2L. Weather is still nice in Abu Dhabi and we know it is not going to stay that way for a long. Thus few family friends of ours decided that we need to get out for a BarBQ. Well I had a chance to shoot the kids in the outdoors for the first time with this lens. I deliberately kept the apperture as wide as possible on this lens i.e. f/2 to emphesize on the bokeh. I thus had to play with the shutter speed and the ISO to keep get the right exposure. Here my son Mujtaba is seen with golf club as he has recently started to develop interest in the sport. ( I have no idea about the golf, I am more of a die hard cricket, field hockey and squash fan). Shot in natural light, no flash used. Shot in RAW and processed in Lightroom. Resized in CS3.

Hello.
Nice portrait of your son. He is a cute boy with a nice smile.
Good sharpness, contrast and light. I like shallow DOF which gave a nicely blurred b/g.

a good separation of subject from the background, thanks to the characteristic look of the lens :)

well captured, at f/2 everything seems to be in focus in foreground :)

thanks for sharing :)
