I found the color combination looks nice and great, the calmness of the water as well as the reflection of the lights seems cool, thats why with the help of my tripod, I took this photo under the Garhoud Bridge. There's no PP done here only cropping.

Very nice - good colour and nice use of f22 for starlight effect. Well composed too. I've often thought I should get out there and shoot the bridge in evening light... Was this Garhoud side of the creek?
The photo though is a little 'soft' and could have done with a little sharpening maybe!
