Hello Ramon,
Subtle (and excellent!) rendering of light here. It really conveys the typical "staircase atmosphere" in which everything (the light, the voices of people speaking behind doors) seems subdued.
The bike is an interesting eye-catcher and evokes a story.
The tilt appropriately enhances the structure of the staircase and somehow expresses the up- and downward movements of the (invisible) staircase users.
There definitely is much more to this photo than just a staircase and a bike. I'd call it the poetry of daily life. Very suggestive...

PS - I also saw your WS and though I like B&W, I prefer this version. The warm glow really adds to the mood!

Interesting composition of light and shadows. Personally, I would not have tiled the camera in the composition. Still very nice work.

Beautiful light, nice post-processing, excellent dynamic framing. I like the B&W version too but maybe need even more contrast (I like very contrasted B&W). Good work.

Good subject and effective post treatment to bring out the warm tones and dynamics of light and shade, obviously bringing some balance and evenness to the shot without losing the original appeal.
Frame works well - possibly except for the white band, I'm not sure.

The vivid colors of the bike seem to give ashadow with a bit of a glow.
The shot conveys neatness giving the shot great lines, while the light accentuates some of the texture.
