Hey good work! love the shot David! I think changing your ISO did not affect your photo since you used a low key lighting and if there is noise definitely it will be defused... and I do not see any flaw... great composition and sharpness... kudos and TFS

fantastic detail of the cornea and the texture of the skin is a real score here!!!

regarding the ISO i think its quite fine with this shot!

Woah!! – And you let your eldest daughter date this man!? Haha. Just kidding mate, this looks awesome. Very freaky looking eyes, and the sort of smirk you’d see in a horror movie before someone gets stabbed. The grain from the high ISO is actually quite disguised and blends in with the texture of his face – A little more obvious in the fully black areas up the top but nothing serious. The hoody was a good idea, reminds me of the Grim Reaper. Very nicely done. Would love to award this with a big smiley, but I’m sadly all out of them for the day sorry.

How DID you get eyes like that? The lighting is outstanding, GREAT close crop, sufficiently evil grin, HORRID skin tones and perfectly sharpened. Pretty danged nice for a rush job. :)) Many thanks and kind regards,

Hi David,
These eyes, they are devilish! I hope this guy has special Halloween contact lenses! He seems coming out of medieval times. Excellent close-up and use of light. The noise is not appearing through the green make-up.

My, My, My! Amazing from every way you look at it and the noise is actually not degrading the image in my opinion and adds to the "spooky" feel of this very creative image! Well done and TFS!

I like the lighting effects on his cheeks, the color of eyes (fancy contact lens???) looks too good.

IMHO, i wonder y the nostril line is blur? f/4.5 shouldn't have given this blur i guess...

The color tones looks great so the grains ;)

He's played the part well - nice job, awesome makeup work, who did it??

The tight framing of this adds to the creepiness and claustrophobia. The grain really isn't noticeable as far as I'm concerned.

Good noise reduction in my opinion worth to forget ISO reduction :)

i think that the grain from iso1250 added to the mood. great makeup and a very intelligent lighting idea..

due to my extremely poor post processing skills, i can only dream of creating the eye effect there!
