I had to hide behind the tree to avoid the direct sunlight that was right in front of the camera for this.
Hard to imagine that this is in the middle of a metropolis with 3 million people.

Beautiful fall colors and woodsy contrasts. I want to scuffle my feet through the leaves on the ground:) The left edge distracts my eye a little, but I like the bit of glow from the sunlight behind the tree. Nice shot!

about composition, your previous posts are far better
the choice of the place? or maybe you could try very low POV...
about the lighting, the shot has no added value with that backlight , which is more disturbing than beneficial
indeed, this place don't look being in the heart of a metropolis, by the way : nice fall series ☺

Hi Sunil,
beautiful atmosphere and autumn colours.Well composed.TFS.Necla.

Beautiful fall shot with lovely lighting and colour. The burn highlights actually don't distract in my humble opinion and you have managed the exposure well with good DOF and sharpness. Well done and TFS!

regards,

Dilshan

Hi Sunil

I thought Toronto had 4.5 million people? Anyway, although this is a little soft, I like the repetititon of the dark tree trunks, that add good graphism. Wonderfall colors. I would crop the white sky at left. Tfs!

Hi Sunil - I like the POV and composition but to be totally honest I think the whole image is a little dark (except top left) and the light flare on the treetrunk at left is a little too much.. I certainly appreciate the difficulty you had in getting the sunlight off the lens..

I would 'dodge' the bottom right to make the scene lighter and maybe go so far as to crop the left trunk out altogether for a long thin tall crop (see Jimmybb's style). Go radical ;-)

Anyway - nice series of autumn!!

Cheers
DAvid

hi Sunil, agree with Jonathan. apart from the wonderful colours of fall, it doesn't really give me anything. please dont mind when i say this but you see such scenes so often that you really need to try something different to stand out. good luck

regards,
Mayur

Hi Sunil,
A nice composition with these tree trunks in this vertical presentation.
Nice Autumn foliage adorned with marvelous lighting.
The glow in the upper left doesn't bother me, on the other hand it's creating a soft atmosphere!
Very good management of light!
Best regards,

Francis Xavier
