Good Day ,
Further yesterday's post, Let me propose you another shot of the MV Federal Elbe docking at sunrise in the port of Becancour.
I was actually on the dock when I took the shot. She was coming slowly dead on the dock.
Technically. Image uncropped . With PS CS4, converted to B&W adjusted light tones, added a bit more contrasts. Then with Photofiltre resized, sharpened and framed to TL standards.
See the map for my exact POV. Actually you can see from that aerial view the traces left by the ice breaker , and tugs to break the pack. This satellite image was taken probably very shortly after a ship's departure. |

A real great B/W picture Robert. There is really a great deal of different shades and more than enough contrast.
