ciao Josee.. welcome here!
excellent delicacy.. colours are so intense and full!
it's a beautiful detail.. taken in a perfect way.. able to complitely exalt it! bravo!
ciao Marco

There are quite a few things wrong here that I see, the pic is too small. We can post up to 800 pixels. The photo is very OOF, too deep a DOF to make any sense. F5.6 is too soft, doesn't work well for this. I would suggest F7.1 for sharpness. Your BG is smooth, but over all I would not have posted. Sorry.

Hi Josee ,

Welcome to TL,
Basically I agree with Linda Unger(shelbeesmom)
And also one more point if you can point the focus exactly at center of the terminal head.
Finally one word Its GOOD, but had very few mistakes.

Beautiful photo.

Welcome to TL.
Personally I find this a very pleasing picture - the shallow DOF focussing just on the stamen is very effective and focuses the attention on such a tiny area of the flower, with the pastel colours in the background not disctracting.

The one piece of advice I would give though is that a photographers note is a good thing to include with your picture - if you've aimed for a particular look to a picture it will help people to understand that.
Thanks for sharing
Mark
