Hi Annie,
Great view on Grande-Vallee but the cplours appears a bit over saturated in my opinion. Nevertheless the image looks as a artist impresn now :-) The composition is wonderful. Perfect DOF and overall well presented. A fine posting Annie.

What could be better than sitting on your own balcony with your husband and a glass of wine, soaking-in this wonderful evening sky! What a view you have! And, always, you present it as if it is a painting.
I particularly love the colours in the mackeral sky and their reflections in the smoothness of the sea.

Sometimes, Annie, when I look at one of your photos, all I can do at first is just say, "Wow!"

This is one such. The colors are exquisite -- what an apt word, by the way -- le mot juste :) The detail perfect. The total effect just captures the essence of summer. What a pleasant counterpoint to those icy roads, eh?!

It's because of those, I think, that we who live in northern climes can appreciate the special treat of a day such as this all the more!

Very nice! Such dramatic looking clouds in the sky, how could anyone possibly be bored by this?! :). The colours from the setting sun look awesome, I'm going to go and watch the sunset here in about an hours time. Nice silhouettes from the trees in this shot too, well taken.
