Hi annie, good to see you are still on treklens , very nice taken, the low pov does give the image an extra , maybe I would have left out the the left furniture to obtain no distraction, very sharp and good colorbalance.

lovely and much more.. emotions are totally natural in such situations, I can just imagine, I was directly attracted to little cute Samuel, and the best time for best capture is after their nap..when they're calm and happy:) excellent POV and great sharpness and a wonderful facial expression... he's about to talk now:) great shot...

Je crois que tous les "vieux" photographes comme nous ont tous une impressionnante collection d'images de leurs petits enfants....à rendre jaloux les enfants qui n'ont pas été autant photographiés!Il faut dire que Samuel est vraiment adorable avec ses grands yeux qui découvrent le monde.

Bom dia dear Annie
I had no points yesterday and I really love to give points to my friends specially when I feel they give something of them. I remember Xavier very well and now I meet Samuel. This is a very well captured photo and full of emotions. Samuel your eyes seem to great "cameras" capturing the world.

What a stunner your grandson is!
Just look at those large, dark eyes!

I like the upward pov and your positioning of him in the 'strong' area of the frame. The chest of drawers and the seat make a firm right angle to support him.
Sharply focussed and with fine details, including a good catchlight. F4 makes a good dof.

L'idée du bas de nylon devant la lentille n'est pas mauvaise du tout , le visage du bambin est bien illuminé et c'est ce résultat qui est recherché, ma foi il grandit vite ce petit bout d'homme , il est costaud pour son age et regarde-moi ces beaux grands yeux et il te ressemble aussi , he he! En ce qui me concerne je préfère la lumière naturelle au flash mais puisque tu le contôle fort bien je me dis que plutôt que de placer Bébé là ou il ne veut pas aller ,héhé bon pourqoui ne pas aller à lui et utiliser le bon vieux flash et réussir le travail,
un bon portrait Annie , pour moi tout à fait correct !

Dear Annie,
as a grandmother your skills at taking pictures of your grandson comes from the heart. Your POV works very well as its shows off Samuels deliciously chubby feet and hands and creates a tringle.( My TE & TE friend Peter (graffer) always points out the benefits of triangles in photos for me.)
Samuel has such beautiful brown eyes and a lovely mass of hair. And look at those expressive eye brows!If you don't mikind I will add this to my grandmothers Club theme and please feel free to add more.
