Les fameux fou de bassans si je ne me trompe pas! La tête jaune qui les identifie clairement.
Il y avait bien eu cette rumeur dans le bassé d'une nouvelle race de mouettes qui auraient la tête rouge. Mais on a réalisé après enquête qu'un ouvrier à la construction d'un pont, s'amusait sur le chantier à capturer des mouettes et leur peinturer la tête d'un ou 2 coups de pinceaux. Je n'en sais pas plus... Je l'avais apris au début primaire quand on a appris ce qu'étaient les fous de bassan.

Belle capture! Ces oiseaux semblent avoir un bec puissant! La clarté est au rdv :)

Bonjour Luc, superbe cette photo de famille. L'ensemble est vraiment très bien, couleurs, lumière, composition, etc. Il y a simplement le coin superieur gauche qui agace mon oeil... la combinaison du flou et de la texture créer un effet visuel qui me fait penser à ces posters 3D d'il y a quelques années... C'est quand même juste un détail :) J'adore le reste. Merci d'avoir su surmonter l'odeur pour nous ramener cette prise :)

Ravie de voir que vous vous êtes rendus à la colonie. Ton commentaire laisse entendre que vous avez aussi vécu certaines expériences olfactives :) !Excellente photo! J'aime les couleurs très naturelles et ta composition. Les textures des plumes sur le ventre du fou sont particulièrement bien captées. Je suis certaine que tu as d'autres belles prises en réserve. J'ai bien hâte de les voir. Bravo! Annie

Our gannets are beginning to arrive back in Auckland now Luc. I hope to get back out there again in a few months to see the babies.
