This was taken with a Softbox on top of him and a SB-600 with beauty dish on his front-left side.

Shooting RAW and JPEG Normal and used JPEG for this post.

The placement of lights on this image is very good. The exposure is even throughout and is very good. I also like the idea of the off-center composition. The white background suits the colors very well.
