the bee looks very puffy (thanks to the sharpness and clarity!) but the sting is surely dangerous. an impressive shot and perfectly cropped, Mario.

Hi Mario,
The contrast of color has been nicely exploited to create a sense of depth and three dimensional form.

And I believe the details of the bee enhances the beauty of the composition. I also like the captured motion of its wings, giving the shot a nice sense of movement.

J'aime le mouvement des ailes et la clarté du corps d'abeilles ici, Mario. Je trouve les pétales coudés de la fleur qui sont au même niveau que l'abeille intéressante pendant qu'elle donne l'impression que l'image est sous un verre et les pétales touchent légèrement. Probablement juste mes yeux idiots, mais moi aimons vraiment l'effet que je trouve ici. Beaux couleurs et détails. Excellent macro.

I like your 1/400 to have the wings like a ball of mist! The saturated color of the flowers really add so much pixel to the BG that it becomes artwork-like view.

Good DOF blur of BG in soft light.

La prise de vue rapprochée permet de voir avec précision les détails et les couleurs du bourdon qui butine la fleur. Le sujet est bien cadré. La lumière a un bel effet sur les couleurs. Bonne journée.
