| While sleigh riding, I saw this view of that tree holding on tight! I thought it was worth a shot. |

Hello Stephane,
That is an amazing capture with super diagonal composition. I like the colors they are warm and nice. Well seen and presented. TFS.
Kiran.
Hey Stephane!
Although I would generally not recommend shooting with the sun against you, I must admit that the shot worked out well. I love the contrast of the dark silhoutte and the sunny sky. I don't know about Sherbrooke, PQ; but sunny cloudless skies during winter here in Ontario are generally rare and you can definetely count on your two hands and maybe one foot when the skies are not overcast.
Cheers

Hi Stephane,
great silhouette of the angled tree and a well composed shot, unlike Kiran I think the blue gray tones in the sky give it a cold atmosphere.
There are a couple of small speckles in the sky which may be dust on the lens - I have a similar problem and often have to clone them out
cheers
Jack

Wonderful subject and mood, especially with the backlight and the tenuous angle of that tree. I like the almost b&w color palette and contrasts that feature the details so well. Nice shot!
