[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
My husband and I took a longer trip to the Yukon in June. Our destination was Dawson City which was the capital of the Klondike gold rush at the end of the 19th century. In 1898 that was a big city with 30,000 inhabitants, now the population is 1250.
There are many historic buildings but only some of them are in use.
Beside the building you can see the SS(Steamship) Keno in dry-dock, which is typical of the stern-wheelers of the gold rush era. Built in 1922, it was one of the last riverboats to run between Dawson City and Whitehorse.

Szia Csilla!
