Hey hey!! That maple leaf caught my eye right away!! I'm glad you didn't crop the guy - I agree, the flag would have been too close to the edge.
Spectacular view again Chris - wow! Colors are great .. love the big, cloudless sky.

Fantastic POV from this vista point, the weather was perfect for a sharp, bright and clear capture. Beautiful representation of the Canadian flag and the majestic snowy mountains in one composition. Trash cans are funny with this anti-bear design... :)

A spectacular location and an equally spectacular composition - the view is breathtaking and I like your decision to show the viewing platform as well as the vista it affords. (Not so convinced about the partly-cut tourist on the far right.)
The gradient of the sky sits beautifully with the rich colours and details of that flapping flag.

what else i recognized first if is not for the pine trees.. great capture of your vacation shot, Chris.. only one thing i don't like here of course you already mentioned it :)but looking at the view one can forget that thing..
