The fruit farms of the Osoyoos area are rapidly changing into vineyards, so this view may not be that
readily available there in the near future, boy were they tasty.

Hi Ronald,
Very sharp close-up on these cherries and leaves!
I like the play of light and shadows.
Bravo! Annie

Hello Ronald,

Fabulous, detailed shot of the cherries.
The light helps to define the contours of the berries and show the texture of them and the leaves.

Looks like these survived better than my cherries!

Kind regards,
Bev :-)

Using the flash to fill in the light of these backlit cherries was an excellent idea. It gives the image a lovely brightness and sparkle
Superb colours, excellent tight composition

Hello Ronald
Very nice macro photo. Those cherries look very tasty. The bright red color is perfect. The leaves and the trees are very sharp and the light it good. I remember camping in Osoyoos under cherry tries with lots of fruits .
Thanks for sharing
Serge

At one time I lived in that area (long long ago). I love the roadside fruit stands. A very pretty picture, the lighting and colors are excellent. TSF and have a happy day!

hello Ronald,
I have had cherries from the Okanagan and they are the best! I have not been there for awhile and did not realise that the vineyards were taking over. I remember as a kid, orchards upon orchards. A shame, really.
Grear clarity and colour in this shot. The contrast and the lighting is really lovely.
Have a good weekend,
Joni

Ron Hi:
Magnificent macro of nature. Amazing defination of distinct colors and details of leaves. Really impressive presented - with the use of light to accent the composition.
Thanks for the note
Congratulations, very nicely done
