I couldn't resist this this pose of this elderly lady standing in a country style doorway. Her pink jacket was a nice contrast to the white door and frame. Her smile was warm and inviting. A lovely lady. Her garden was just as lovely. I found out she still drives a little red car. To cute.

I agree she has a beauiful smile. I guess age is not a factor when it comes to our inner feeling and the way we feel about things, whether sad or happy. She seem a lovely lady. The image is well compoed Janice. The colos contrast each other very well and create a nice atmosphere. I am surprised she still drives. Thanks for sharing.

Hi,
I can see the attraction, she really was happy to smile for your camera. I think this image is lovely and had great potential, getting in closer would avoid those distracting details like the lens flare and the umbrella. I've done a workshop and will upload it soon when my computer will let me (it's having a wee hissy fit at the moment).
