Hi Chris,
this statue is interesting work and looks very pretty against the blue sky. Is such a work typical for Canada? I don't know much about the culture there - you know - I'm much more better in Asian culture ;-)
Would be nice to know what the artist like to say with that faces.

I like it on the seafront with the nice reflections and city in the bg, and the fron light that enhances its colors and sharpness

Very good work.
The shadows on teh foreground don't disturb that much, when the subject captures attention the eye doesn't often even see those details.

Totem perfectly exposed. Colours are great. I can see that you were trying to balance the totem with the harbour view but the harbour looks a little oe. I can also see your shadow. If you have a good pp program you could probably clone out the shadow. To adjust the harbour you would need hdr. That I have no experience of. Nice shot however . Good job
