[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This cute little guy was taken in the butterfly house in Victoria and has received his name booberfly because he landed on my chest not once not twice but at least five times throughout my visit. Many people took picture of this booberfly while he was on me. Even Otto took a couple pics of him on me. mostly because the rare time he would open his wings he was a beautiful glittery blue.
I had to use my olympus for this pic because my sony was at my side and too big to bring up for a shot.
I hope you all enjoy!!

Hi Christan,
A super macro with adequate details!
Being a minute insect you succeeded to produce an excellent macro with great details.
Good lighting and a nice clean presentation.
Well done,

Francis Xavier

Hi Christan,
Long time no see :-) Glad to see you'r back with such a superb macro, indeed ugly amazing. Fair sharpness for such a close distance, DOF is shallow, but acceptable. Looking forward to more!

hey christan, nice to see you around again! :-) such a naughty butterfly.*g* and not so pretty from the front with his big
black bubbly eyes and the tongue looking like a licorice wheel. interresting close-up, love the details and of course the story
around it. well done & best wishes (to otto too), thor.

This is a creepily sharp, detailed and up-close macro! Truly eye to eye with the butterfly and that amazing coiled-up tongue.
Wow!
