It was last summer, the rain just left after a sudden shower over the geranium.
After the bad weather of those last days in our region, something a bit refreshing in b&w, because it's not summer yet.

Critiques [Translate]

Nothing geometric today, again. This must hurt you - or is it some relief, some therapy.
Whichever, it is appreciated. In BW, this looks like sea shells. Complaints Department - DOF may well be too shallow? Not easy in macro mode, which I try to avoid now, preferring to take a more distant wide-angle and then cropping to get the same effect but having a deeper DOF. It was good to talk, M.

Personnellement, j'aime le fait que la profondeur de champs soit si petite car cela donne une belle texture à ces pétales et aux gouttes d'eau. Belle composition qui se concentre sur seulement deux pétales. Belle conversion au N&B. Bravo!

Good composition with nicely captured drops on this flower. B&W choice is definitely refreshing. :)

Très jolie composition, Michel! Je ne vois rien de mal avec ta profondeur de champ; elle me semble très adéquate. J'aurais peut-être préféré une version couleur, ne serait-ce que pour les gouttes d'eau. Mais j'ai déjà publié de la verdure en N&B, donc je me contredis, ce qui n'est pas nouveau! Beau travail!

This is an interesting shot. I can't decide if I like the technique. I think I would rather see a little more clarity. I do love the texture in the droplets and the petals. THe black background is excellent. Your tiny purple in the frame - excellent.

Drops drops drops - phantastic - they are glittering and you can try to put so wonderful reflections inside them - I also tried this yesterday - I love the results - will show them in the next days. Thank you so much for this beautiful shot, bye
