[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Another experimental shot, playing around with a macro lens.

This time I captured drops of balsamic vinegar in olive oil.

Balsamic vinegar is produced from the concentrated juice ("must") of white grapes (typically, trebbiano grapes) that has been boiled down to approximately 50% of its original volume, and fermenting that into alcohol. This is then once again fermented to balsamic vinegar, with a slow aging process that concentrates the flavours.

Alexandre, that's a great picture. Very nice idea for a photo, great colors, nicely balanced composition, I really like it. Also my mouth is watering now! :-)
