Christ Church Cathedral

Builted between 1856 and 1859, this church is located downtown Montreal, on Ste-Catherine street, between The Bay store and Eaton Center.

What a surrealist spectacle it was to behold this majestic construction held in the air on fragile stilts while the underground complex of the Promenades de la Cathédrale was under construction, in the late 80's.

something old and somethin new in the same shot, very well seen and excellent excecuted here Louise .. like the modern building centered above the cathedral !!

Louise cette photo est d'une précision étonnante. Ton cacrage est parfait. Le ciel est d'un bleu magnifique qui fait bien ressortir ton sujet principal.
