Very nice natural portrait, there is harmony in the colors and an expression, we feel the friendship. I like the disorder caused by the vegetation. Good!
This is a great candid portrait. The lighting and relaxed pose relay a feeling of comfort, both witht he surroundings and photographer. Very well done.
P.S. coincidently I'm reading an account of the history of the first trans-atlantic telegraph cable and the role St. Johns played in that historic moment.
Good portrait. I like the composition. I really like the way he's squinting from the sun in his eyes.

Jim, I'm too late. Both Marie and Richard critiqued your photo and said everything there is to say about it.
I really think you made an excellent portrait shot. TFS.
Hello Jim, your walking friend seems to be so relax! You took a great portrait of him, very crisp and the details so sharp. The white of his coat is perfect, we see all the details. His skin tone is perfect.
Also the greenery popping here and there adds a lot to the portrait.
Well done! Yan :)
