[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Here is a beautifully preserved old Peugot. I could not find the year of production of this model so if someone knows....This car is actually grey and black but I wanted to give it and old style type rendering.

PP:
In Photoshop:
- Image>Mode>Lab Colour.
- In the layers palette, selected channels, and then lightness.
- Image>Mode>Grayscale.
- Image>Mode>RGB Colour
- Duplicated the layer
- Changed the Blending Mode to Soft Light.
- Reduced the Background Layer Copy to 45%.
- Flatten Image
- Added sepia photo filter adjusment layer
- Flatten image
- Duplicated layer
- Added layer mask (reveal all) to the duplicated layer
- Added more sepia tone on the duplicated layer
- Removed increased sepia tone to the car on the layer mask of the duplicated layer using the brush (black color).
- Added uniform monochomatic noise to the duplicated layer so that only the background is filled with light noise
- Flatten image
- Smart sharpen
- Resized for TL and framed

I've always admired the Peugeot. Since I was a child in Africa, we have owned them; probably one of the most reliable cars ever made.
I think this photo would have been better taken from a little higher, to show a little more of the bonnet, but not too much. Also I think framing could be a little better to include the whole fron tyre. Nice sepia tones and sharpness. Well captured !!

Salut Réal,
J'aime bien ta composition avec l'utilisation du sepia pour ajouter à l'age de ce véhicule. s'il n'y avais paseu cet autre auto derrière on aurais pu croire vraiment à une photo d'époque. Merci de ce partage.

Un petit défi ce matin!!!! Je crois avoir ta réponse . Peugeot 203 de 1950. Sur le web , j'ai trouvé
l'histoire d'une Restauration (^_^)

En passant l'endroit me semble familier . Est-ce bien rue Rachel que je vois sur le panneau ????
J'ai passé mon enfance sur la rue Saint-Hubert entre Rachel et Marie-Anne, et même plus tard dans ma vingtaine au même endroit!!!

Belle trouvaille , et excellent choix du filtre sépia pour cette photo!

Bonjour Real, quelle belle photo d'une superbe Peugeot!

Et ton travail de PP est tres bien fait, le resultat est superbe! S'il n'y avait pas cette auto moderne qui passe derriere, On pourrait croire que cette photo a ete prise dans le temps avec les maisons dans la rue. Elle sont peut-etre presque de la meme epoque que l'auto.

Justement Ben et moi nous nous demandions pourquoi on ne vent plus de Peugeot ici. Il y en a tellement de beaux models recents en Europe et bien construites.
