[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Beauty and the Beast is a Photoshop creation, using a 1996 portrait I took of Christan, my wife, and combining it with a clip from one of my paintings, entitled 'Revelation 20'.
By combining, cropping and recombining, the images were melded and blended together with a healing brush. Elements from the painting were then brought over with a large diameter healing brush to form the jewelled frame around Christans portrait. Border and title added and my logo, which appears in different versions on most of my paintings, was cut and pasted from a chalice that appears on the right side of the original painting from which the image of the Beast was taken.
I hope you enjoy this one - I certainly had fun creating it. I just hope that playing with this stuff does not make me 'lazy' as a painter.

Wow ! I like this one very much! Very creative and attractive! Even though I find the portrait of your wife a little bit out of focus, I love the ensemble! It is a very good idea to mix both your painting and photography! I love also your logo that I find gothic.Nice work of art! Michel

It remain me.... Ho i could be wrong but remain some India style for the compo and her face... But not for the beast.... Beast look mythologic too but i dont believe Indie...
But they fit very well the title...
