My nephew's daughter, caught last spring, visit at the sugar house. Shes eating «tire sur la neige», (maple syrup boiled to 238 degress F and then poured on snow to cool off).
With a wooden stick, we roll the «tire» on the stick, which made a highly sweet and sticky candy.
