[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is the harbor of Victoria BC on Vancouver Island. The large ivy covered building is the Empress Hotel which is a luxury hotel and historical landmark. Built in 1908 it has remained a landmark and survived demolition plans in 1965 and in 1966 it was decided it should be renovated rather than destroyed.

Can't believe they would destroy such a beautiful building! Glad they didn't. This shot is clear and sharp especially the water.
The blue of the sky seems to balance the dark blue of the water. Nice photo.

I like very much this kind of "skyline" pictures!
