The Boeing Cobra 767 Tango…..

Hi folks the aircraft as shown here on this picture is a GreenBaron Modification of the Boeing 767 aircraft. Flying this crate is just a piece of cake, like flying every modern aircraft is. The pilot has to insert a coin (a 1 Euro, 1 English pound or a Dime what ever he has left in change from the bar) To operate the systems folowing must be done after the coin is inserted: move the main power switch to ‘Aircraft ON’ and for take off he’s moves the ‘Take off’ switch to the ‘on’ position. Route planning is via TomTomAir and is performed via a groundstation were route specialists (only men) enter the route and of it goes. After take off the pilot can feed the dog. (Refer this note for further explanation). Landing is even easier for the guy in the front. TomTomAir has an ‘auto-land’ function, so the overpaid bus driver can even during landing continue with reading the news paper or continue fiddling around with the airhostess. The name might be clear: The cobra liking Boeing 767 dances through the sky! You know folks, this is ofcourse a big joke, nothing serious.
This photo I made at the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International airport. The original picture you can find in the workshop.

Boeing 767

The 767 is the first widebody jetliner to be stretched twice. The first 767 entered service in Sept. 8, 1982, since then 767 have flown more than 7.5 million flights, and carried more than two billion passengers. The air flowing through a 767-400ER engine at takeoff power could inflate the Goodyear Blimp in seven seconds. It takes about 60 gallons (227 l) of fuel per passenger to get from New York to London on board a 767-400ER. The same volume of gasoline would propel an economy car about half of that distance. The 767 is the favourite airplane on Atlantic routes; it flies across the Atlantic more frequently than all other jetliners combined. The 767-400ER flight deck instrument panel has 82 percent fewer parts than other 767s. By using cast parts, the part count was reduced to 53 from 296.
If GE CF6-80 engines were attached to a typical automobile, at takeoff power the car would accelerate from zero to 60 mph in less than half a second. There are 3.1 million parts in a 767 provided by more than 800 suppliers. The 767-300ER and 767-400ER hold 23,980 gallons (90,770 l) of fuel - enough to fill 1,200 minivans. The noise level of a 767 taking off from a 1.5 mile runway is about the same as the average street corner traffic noise. There are 90 miles of electrical wiring in a 767-200ER, 117 miles (188 km) in a 767-300ER and 125 miles (201 km) in a 767-400ER. (Text from Boeing.com)

Hello Hans,
Hehehehe! Funny funny!
But you should be careful with in-flight jokes, a lot of us are fear of flying! Or at least some... Well, I am!
Greetings,
Pablo -

Wow, Hans,
Even before reading the note, the plane looked like a cobra to me. I am not afraid of flying, but from cobras - for sure! (now my eyes are wide open - just joking). The plane really looks as it is dancing :)
When are you going to show us that beautiful view of the taxiway running over the highway (or was it actually the runway - not sure). I am a big fan of bridges and over-road constructions, this is a just a suggestion.
Regards, Evgenia

Hai Hans,
Funny photo, I am not afraid of flying, I love it and my brother was a pilot, nice explenation.
Gr, Jacqueline

Hi Hans.
Toen ik dit zag moest echt lachen, geweldig.
Een zeer mooi creative uitvoering van de boeing. Nu de lady er nog bij.
Groet Frans

Hi Hans,
Very funny and inventive idea ...
I don't fear flying, I love it and flying in such a plane must be full of sensations :)
Sylvie

You are a funny guy. I enjoyed the note. Lots of imagination. I fly quite a bit so next time I will insist to fly on this plane of yours. Looks much more fun than the ordinary boring ones.

Hans,
Excellent PP work, It actually looks like it's dancing! I hope the flight I take on New Years Day doesn't dance though! I have no fear of flying, but I never knew about this. hmmm.....I hope they don't break Dance. Anyway, very funny and good novelty-like piece of work. Good job,
Scott

With your permision Hans may I add few words on the GSE:-

It requires 45000lbs of fresh eggs filled in its wings, few rats and froggs are also applicable in case of none availability of eggs. Biggle sounds is needed for an initial start up. Mongoose are required for deicing....... (keep smiling)

Nice PP work has been presented. The creativity is highly appreciated, otherwise the WS image is a normal takeoff view. Well done my friend. TFS.

Hi Hans,
Intriguing photo! I hear the small throbbing music of the flute's player used as fuel to sent it in the air. The runway must resemble a large wicker basket! :))

Excellent PP work with a great creativity and humour. Bravo! Annie
